Our steaks & smoked meats are supplied by Minnick’s of St Andrews. All steaks are dry aged for 30 days, come from Scottish Beef, and are sources as locally as possible. Served with your choice of home-made triple-cooked chips or garlic mash, cherry vine tomatoes, mushrooms, and home-made onion rings.

Our smoked meats are all sourced in Scotland and as local as possible. They are traditionally smoked low and slow using renewable Scottish Oak in our onsite smoker. The smoking process takes anywhere from 7-4 hours and produces outstanding meats you will struggle to find anywhere else in the United Kingdom. Served with your choice of home-made triple-cooked chips or garlic mash, cherry vine tomatoes, mushrooms, and home-made onion rings.
